Green documentation vs. budget pragmatism

Higher recycled content percentage and lower embodied carbon cores can support LEED strategies, yet some binders lengthen cure windows before finish coats. When budgets force substitutions, keep STC rating and fire resistance rating intact first; re-issue VOC emissions and material transparency sheets only after the alternate core is confirmed.
